The ideal candidate will build business relationships with decision-makers who need to hire talent for their best-in-class companies. In addition, the ideal candidate will nurture and further develop the great, longstanding relationships we have built over the past twenty-four years.

Your Qualifications:

Bring to the table 10+ years business development experience from either of the following:
* A technology recruitment firm
* A technology management consulting firm that provides staff augmentation services

About the Location:
While this is a fully remote position, we are focused on West Coast candidates who can travel occasionally to their Sacramento office.

$125,000 base + commission + equity plan
